Somerset West Town Hall Isn't this a classic photograph taken of the Somerset West Town Hall?
I have no idea when this photograph was taken, I should imagine in the late 50's? What is so refreshing is how neat it looks.
Today, The Somerset West Town Hall and the Standard Bank Building on the right remain as they are in this photo.
A friend of mine posted this photo and some others of the Helderberg on FB. I have asked her to send me some and I can't wait to post some more on them on The Helderberg Basin Blog.
