Somerset West – Two people drowned in separate incidents in False Bay, the National Sea Rescue Institute (NSRI) said yesterday.
The first body, that of a boy aged 14, was recovered at The Strand beach yesterday following a drowning incident on Saturday, spokesman Craig Lambinon said.
The second body was recovered in Kogel Bay, near Rooi Els, yesterday afternoon following reports that five people were swept out to sea. “All five people were out of the water,” Lambinon said. “Paramedics had declared one person dead on the scene. It is believed that the remaining four were not injured.” – Sapa
Hi
ReplyDeleteI live in Somerset West. My partner and I have recently moved to the area. I work at night and my partner works during the day. We have a son. I start at work at 16h00 and my partner only arrives home at 19h15. Is there a baby sitting service within the Helderberg area that I can contact to look after my son during these few hours. Anyone have any idea?
Thanks
Abigail
