Well we have an exciting week end planned for you on the 22 and 23rd of October 2010 at The Avontuur Estate.
Running along side the Helderberg Wine Festival we have many interesting activities planned at the estate, wine tasting ,many activities for the kids ( jumping castles and a water slide - remember to bring costumes)
Diarise these dates and activities:
Thursday, 21 October & Friday, 22 October – Visit the tasting room with your festival glass and taste a selection of our wines for free.
We are launching a specially created Belgian chocolate range to match our Premiere wine range. Not only will you be able to buy them but you will be able to taste them too! To whet your appetite – What about a Chai tea choccie to match the Dominion Royale Shiraz Reserve? Or a white chocolate with a lemon cheesecake filling to go with the Sarabande Sauvignon Blanc Reserve? And there’s more…
Saturday, 23 October – All of the above plus food & craft stalls, childrens entertainment ( jumping castles, water slides etc) Avontuur wine cocktails for sale and from 17h00, the first ever “Avontuur Barnyard Bash”
R100 per adult and R50 per child under 12 – you get music, a sizzling sticks braai , lots of fun & games, including the chance to try your hand at a mechanical bull!
