The Strand Beach Road Floods September 2013
Two cold fronts have hit the Western Cape today, in what is meant to be spring! Snow has covered the Helderberg Mountains once again and the storm hit the Strand Beach, in False Bay Cape Town South Africa. The Storm has hit on hide tide combined with Spring tides which has left residents of the Strand....stranded. The Strand Beach Road is closed to traffic in both directions!
