Dodgy Tentant Warning

I would like to warn people of a tenant who charms you in to renting out your property to him and his girlfriend.They move in, know their rights and never pay, forcing you to occur legal fees. He tells so many lies. I would love to expose them and to name and shame them! The neighbours find him to be noisy and foul mouthed.There were two cases of fraud against him and there are five pages of people who he owes money too.
