Warning be on the look out for these Car Thieves

I nearly had my car stolen this morning from my driveway. This is the second time and, although it has been reported to the police, I just want to find a way to get people to be on the lookout for the perpetrators -
3 black Africans in a blue Mini with EC number plate.

They are armed so people mustn't stop them but just phone the police.
