Is Judge Thokozile Matilda Masipa incompetent?

South Africans were glued to social media and television today, to hear the judgement in the Oscar Pistorius trial. The Judge read her verdict not guilty of murder. Many legal experts have questioned her interpretation of the law. This is a sad day for the South African justice system and the question of competence has come up for Judge Thokozile Matilda. What is your input?

    She is clearly incompetent. 5 Gruelling Months of independent AND expert witnesses, and she decides to disregard ALL of that in favour of accepting the version of the accused, with everything to gain by lying who she herself discredited. Its hard to imagine a more embarrassing scenario.
