Somerset 1 War on Crime Initiative –
Public Meeting Somerset West Town Hall 15th

The Somerset 1 War on Crime
Initiative was launched with the War on Crime March that happened on the 16th
August 2014 on the main road of Somerset West. The purpose of the march was to
raise awareness in the community and to get the community behind crime prevention.
The march was great successes which lead to increased memberships in Somerset
West Neighborhood Watch and Helderberg Crime Watch.
The next step on the war of
crime effort is a public meeting in the Somerset West Town Hall. The community
will be hearing from all the major role players, top officials from SAPS,
Chairperson of the CPF, Neighbor Watch, Helderberg Crime Watch, Member of
Parliament and Stuart Pringle Ward Councilor of Somerset West.
We would like to see at least
1,000 concerned residents attending this very important meeting. The invite can
