Enjoy a relaxed & exciting day this Sunday on the picturesque Blaauwklippen Estate.

For the first time ever in the Western Cape there will be an exciting event taking place the second Sunday of the month where all food producers will have to make, bake or break something exquisite using a specific seasonal ingredient. YOU, the lucky visitors will then be the only people to EVER taste this product as it will only be limited-while stocks lasts! 

 Our first heavenly lucky number will be the luscious mango! Should you be a lover of mangoes or would like to take your taste buds on an adventure, be sure to visit the market. Or maybe skip the strawberries and champagne this year and treat your valentine (even though it is the 12th) to a mango feast!

You will be able to find the best home made ice cream featuring a variety of different mango combinations (think coconut, chilli, cashew nuts and even wine! Available in sorbets, ice creams & Cold Gold's unique fat free range!), home made mango iced tea, mini Pavlova nests filled with fresh mango, topped with cream and garnished with ginger, a special mango cocktail, mango chocolates, pancakes with a mango filling, mango preserves and much more, in short we will be going mad for this fabulous fruit!

Apart from this new and exciting concept, we will also be celebrating Valentines Day on the 12^th. Interesting craft, jewelry, fashion- and other lifestyle stalls will be available for you to browse through to find something for that special person in your life.

Live music will be on offer while you enjoy a glass of the finest wines that Blaauwklippen has to offer. Be sure to taste the Before and After Aperitif, the perfect treat for that Valentines dinner.
