Woman Alleges Justin Bieber is Her Baby's Daddy, Files Paternity Suit
Star Magazine broke the story in which Yeater alleges that she not only took Justin's virginity, but the one-night tryst resulted in her pregnancy. According to Yeater, she had sex with Justin in a backstage bathroom following one of his concerts at L.A.'s Staples Center in October of last year after a security guard asked her if she wanted to meet the singer after the show.
In excerpts of the signed affidavit provided by RadarOnline, Yeater states:
Immediately, it was obvious that we were mutually attracted to one another, and we began to kiss. Shortly thereafter, Justin Bieber suggested that I go with him to a private place where we could be alone.
I agreed to go with him and on the walk to a private area, he told me he wanted to make love to me and this was going to be his first time."Then things get a little un-Bieber like when Yeater explains to the court:
We went inside and immediately his personality changed drastically. He began touching me and repeatedly said he wanted to 'f--k the s--t out of me.' At the time I asked him to put a condom on for protection, but he insisted that he did not want to. Yeater then takes a shot at the Bieb's performance skills, saying the whole escapade "was brief, lasting only approximately 30 seconds."
Expectedly, the Bieber camp has issued a statement strongly denying Yeater's allegations, saying "While we haven't yet seen the lawsuit, it's sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations."
Bieber himself took to Twitter to dismiss the reports:
It remains to be seen if the "Baby" hit-maker is actually a baby-maker, but Yeater's lawsuit is enough to get a hearing on the matter set for mid-December, where she will seek a paternity test and financial support for the child.
While this looks like a cash and fame grab, Yeater must be somewhat serious about the suit since it opens her up to statutory rape charges. If Yeater's accusations are true, that would make her 19 and Justin 16 at the time of the incident, an age gap that's illegal in California. As defense attorney Steve Cron told the New York Post, "Under a normal situation, no harm, no foul... But under these circumstances, the DA’s office has to show they’re not treating women differently, not treating a celebrity differently, [and] they might have to do something.”
