Jacob Zuma in his Address to the Nation, has not stepped down instead he insists that he did know he broke the constitution of South Africa. He stated he welcomed the Breaking Judgement handed down in the constitutional court of South Africa. The majority of South African's watched the State of the Nation Address with baited breath expecting him to admit he was wrong and to resign as the State President.
